Page-Level Due Dates

3-Day Cooldown (No Spam)
Built-in cooldown ensures clients never get more than one reminder per page every three days. Persistent, not annoying.
How It Works
Deadlines that enforce themselves.
Set a due date on any page using the date picker. When the deadline is within three days or already overdue, ContentPlan sends an automated email reminder to the assigned client.
Clients also get an in-app notification, so even if they miss the email they will see it the next time they log in. The reminder cron runs daily at 9:00 AM UTC.
A three-day cooldown per page prevents spam. Once a reminder is sent, it will not fire again for that page until three days have passed. Persistent, respectful, effective.
